Clifton M. Ingram Invented Well drilling tool & Railroad crossing flag signal

Clifton M. Ingram was born in the mid to late 1800s. There are no records that say when he died. In 1925, Ingram invented a drilling tool and a railroad crossing flag. Both of these items are still used today.
